One factor which we have kept mandate is the the ultimatum in quality. We have a separate quality control department. We are equipped with latest technology equipments for the measurement of denier, strength, weight and elongation for each stage of production i.e. from tape to finish fabric/bag. To achieve the best result our quality Control labs are equipped with following instruments:
- Tensile Testing Machine
- Gauge Meter
- Digital Weighing Scale (from 0 Kg to 500 Kgs)
- Vernier Calliper
- Auto Wrap Reel – Denier Checking
- Circu Cut – GSM testing
Our and above we have employed well qualified and technically experienced persons for checking of quality at each stage of production. We employed technically sound and well qualified persons who are equipped with the latest “State of Art of Technology” for production and quality control to produce high quality products which satisfies to IS standards & quality norms.
