The process of manufacturing of woven sacks can be broadly classified in to following stages:

The company is equipped with latest tape line extrusions with an output of 600 Kg/Hr & 350 Kg/Hr with high speed winders. We are capable to manufacture yarn from 400 Denier to 2500 Denier with different colours and shades as per customer’s requirement. We got a Beta Gauge device to reduce the tolerance level of yarn.

The company is equipped with latest circular weaving looms i.e. LSL 6M – 90 Nos, FSN 4 – 4 Nos, LSL 620 – 1 Nos with an output of 3000 Metres/day per machine. We are capable to manufacture tubular fabric, centre slit, side slits and gusseted fabrics range from 12 Inches to 55 Inches.

The company is equipped with latest Lamination/ Extrusion Coating Line with an output of 200 Kg/Hr & 105 Kg/Hr. We are capable to manufacture sandwich lamination of Woven Fabric – Non Woven Fabric, Woven Fabric – BOPP Film, Woven Fabric – Paper, Single and Double Side Lamination.

The company is equipped with latest Monolayer Blow Film Plant with rotating die to reduce the tolerance level in gauge of Film. We are capable to manufacture HMHDPE Films and LDPE Films with an output of 90 Kg/Hr & 80 Kg/Hr. We can manufacture film with width range from 10 Inch to 34 Inch.

The company is equipped with latest Baby Lofil extrusion plant with an output of 20Kg/Hr. We are capable to manufacture yarn from 500 Denier to 1200 Denier.

The company is equipped with latest high speed bag conversion line with a production capacity of 45 bags/minute. We got 8 similar lines and are capable to manufacture bags having width from 12 Inch to 33.5 Inch, with a cut length from 19.5 Inch to 53 Inch. We can manufacture bags with cold as well as heat cutting, with single and double fold at the bottom with double stitch.

The company is equipped with latest stitching machine with a production capacity of 8000 bag/day. We got 38 similar machines are capable to stitch bags having width from 12 Inch to 32 Inch.

The company is equipped with latest twist gusset machine to gusset both Laminated as well as unlaminated fabrics. With this device we are capable to gusset from 1Inch to 4 Inch on either sides of fabric width ranging from 15 Inch to 30 Inch.

The company is equipped with latest high speed flexographic six colour online printing line with a production capacity 5000 bags/hr. We got 3 similar lines and are capable to print bags having width from 12 Inch to 30 Inch.

The company is equipped with latest Cutting & Heat Sealing Machine to cut both LDPE and HDPE Blown Films from 10 Inch to 34 Inch with an output of 60 bags/minute.

The company is equipped with latest flexographic manual printing machine with a production capacity of 2000 bags/hr. We got 4 similar machines and are capable to print bags having width from 12 Inch to 32 Inch

The company is equipped with latest bale pressing machine with a capacity from 25 Tons to 60 Tons. We got advanced packing technology to pack bags without any creasing also with box shape and as a result we are able to stuff maximum bags to meet our export client’s requirement.

The company is equipped with latest chilling plant and compressors to support all machineries for their smooth functioning. The capacity of our chillers are from 10TR to 80 TR and compressors from 7.5 HP to 50 HP.

The company is equipped with latest Power Generators and UPS Systems to tackle sudden power breakdowns and to achieve uninterrupted production with quality end products. We got 3 Diesel Generator Sets i.e. 380KVA, 625KVA & 1000 KVA. We got 3 UPS Systems i.e. 250KVA - 2Nos & 400KVA – 1 No.
